Request for Information

 

I refer to your letter dated 4^th March 2017 in which you requested copies
of search warrants, evidence sheets, photographs, debriefing summaries and
other documentation about an operation where 60 cannabis plants where
located. You supplied a photograph linked to a TVNZ report.

 

From this photograph I was able to locate a file number 170302/1914, that
relates to the seizure of the 60 plants.

 

This matter is still under investigation.

 

I have considered your request in accordance with the Official Information
Act 1982.  Your request is refused pursuant to the following sections:

 

·          OIA Section 6(c)

 

If you are not satisfied with my response to your request you have the
right to complain to the Office of the Ombudsmen and seek an investigation
and review of my decision.
