BUSIT real-time GTFS data

Currently waiting for a response from Waikato Regional Council, they must respond promptly and normally no later than (details and exceptions).

Dear Waikato Regional Council,
I would like to know if the GTFS realtime data could be published publicly alongside the static data that already is published on the BUSIT website for people to integrate into apps and projects.
If this is not possible, I would like to know why.
