You provided a request for informa on via the FYI.ORG website in May 2026. The following is our response
to your ques  ons.
Request Details:
LGOIMA – BUSIT real-  me GTFS data Dear Waikato Regional Council, I would like to know if the GTFS 
real  me data could be published publicly alongside the sta c data that already is published on the BUSIT
website for people to integrate into apps and projects. If this is not possible, I would like to know why.

As    noted,    current    sta c    GTFS    informa on    is    available    on    our    website    at:
h  ps://wrcscheduledata.blob.core.windows.net/wrcg s/busit-nz-public.zip.
Unfortunately, Council does not currently have an API available for developers or the public to use to
access GTFS real  me informa on. For that reason, real me data cannot be published alongside the sta c
GTFS data at this  me.
