Relating to the current GWRC Transport Procurement Strategy:

And relating to the 10 year contract pertaining "Metlink CCTV, audio installation & maintenance services" awarded to Red Wolf Security Limited valued at $14M
I am surprised that such contract with such long contract life and high value is not made proactively public and where there was no public consultation nor public documented decision to add surveillance infrastructure in public spaces.
Please provide:
A) Current contract with Red Wolf Security Limited
B) KPIs with Red Wolf Security
C) Performance reporting from last FY
And relating to statutory obligations, democracy & public engagement
D) Public consultancy about the use of CCTV and surveillance in public transport
E) Impact assessment on against Privacy Act, Bill of Rights & Human Rights of the installed surveillance impact
F) The document that was provided to councilors to make a decision on this outsourcing scheme as well as the added surveillance in public transport
G) Objections raised by the councilors against the outsourcing scheme & surveillance in the public transport
H) Objections raised by the public against the outsourcing scheme & surveillance in the public transport
As side note - I would like to also mention that Go Media / Metlink Advertising is not included in the strategy given this includes a cost to ratepayer in form of lost revenue due to revenue sharing scheme.
My research here involves transparency in the conduct of public sector procurement practices as well as disclosure of information regarding council expenditure, paired with the societal costs of increased surveillance in the society pertaining to this infrastructure investment by the council effectively paid by the ratepayer to the tune of 14M$ for unknown benefit.
