For the financial year ending 30 June 2025, please provide the total amount of ratepayer-funded expenditure incurred by the Council on food and catering, excluding routine workplace provisions of tea, coffee, and milk supplied for staff.
This request includes food provided free of charge at meetings, workshops, functions, hui, and Council-run or Council-funded events, but excludes standard tea/coffee/milk provided as part of normal workplace facilities.
I am seeking only the total amount spent for the period specified. No itemisation or breakdown is required.
