Thank you for your request for information. I wanted to let you know that
we have thoroughly checked all the contracts signed with Connexa.
Unfortunately, we don’t have any contracts that cover housing cell phone
towers on footpaths, berms, street corners, or any public or council-owned
land that is leased to other entities like pony clubs or sports clubs.

 

However, I have transferred your request to Auckland Transport, and they
confirmed that they have some information that may be of interest to you.

 

Therefore, I can advise that in accordance with section 12 of the Local
Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA) we have
transferred your request to Auckland Transport to respond.

 

They will respond to your request within 20 working days of receipt of
your request
