process, and feedback may be exchanged across multiple individuals and in
multiple formats, so identifying the information requested would require
substantial collation. In the hope that we may be able to avoid refusing

scope – for example, by refining your request to formal written documents
and/or a manageable timeframe, and/or removing internal Ministry
