Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,

Tēnā koutou,

I am requesting the following information under the Official Information Act 1982.

Scope
All consultancy spending and consultant contracts that have been approved by Stuart McRobie, Deputy Chief Executive – Corporate & Finance (CFO), from 1 July 2024 to the date of this request.

For each individual approval, please provide:

1. Approval date
2. Vendor/Consultancy provider
3. Total approved cost (and budget type if held: Opex/Capex)
4. Scope of engagement, including:
Description of services
Business area being supported
Duration/term of engagement (start and end dates)
5. Approval reference or contract identifier (if held)
6. Any contracted deliverables stated in the agreement or approval documentation

Format requested
A spreadsheet (Excel or CSV) listing each engagement as a separate line item is preferred. Supporting documentation such as copies of approval forms or Statements of Work may be provided as attachments if readily available.

If any information is withheld, please provide the grounds relied on for each item withheld.

If refinement is needed to assist efficient processing, please contact me before considering an extension.

I am also open to the information being released in batches if that would avoid unnecessary delay.

I look forward to your response within the statutory timeframe.
