I am requesting the following information under the Official Information Act 1982.
Scope
All information held relating to the creation and appointment of the role Executive Lead – Scheme Sustainability, currently held by Andy Milne.
Please provide the following:
1. Role justification and approval
All documents that support the establishment of the role, including but not limited to:
Papers to Executive or Board proposing the role
Email correspondence from or to the CEO, ELT, Board Chair, or Board members relating to the rationale for the role
Any formal business case, problem statement, or organisational design justification
Approval documents (incl. authority sign-off)
2. Job design and remuneration
The Job Description (current version, and prior versions if they exist)
Payband and salary range assigned to the role
Remuneration framework documentation showing where the role sits relative to other ELT-level or Tier 2 roles
(Where redactions are considered necessary, please cite grounds for each redaction.)
3. Recruitment and appointment process
Outline of the recruitment process used (or confirmation if no competitive process was undertaken)
Advertising records (if applicable), including where/when it was advertised
Selection process documents including shortlisting and interview records — high-level summary acceptable
The delegated authority under which the appointment was made
4. Deliverables, performance measures, and outputs
For the period since the role commenced:
Any formal deliverables, KPIs, objectives, or performance expectations set for the role
Any material produced or deliverables completed to date
Any written reporting, updates, or outcomes demonstrating value delivered to ACC
Format requested
Roles/approval documents: PDF
Email correspondence: searchable PDF with date, sender, and recipient preserved
Payband/salary range: table format (e.g., Excel or PDF)
Deliverables: electronic copies in original formats
If parts of the request are considered complex, I am happy to receive information in tranches to avoid delay.
Any information withheld should identify the relevant section(s) of the Act for each redaction.
