McRobie, Deputy Chief Executive – Corporate & Finance (CFO), from 1 July 2024 to the date of
this request.
For each individual approval, please provide:

3. Total approved cost (and budget type if held: Opex/Capex)
4. Scope of engagement, including:

Our response
Between 1 July 2024 and 25 October 2025, there have been two consultant contracts approved by DCE
Corporate & Finance, Stewart McRobie, both were All of Government Contracts. The details about
these contracts are provided in Appendix 1 at the end of this letter.
