CEO Outlook Calendar Weekly Screenshots (FY25/26 to date)
E Parks made this Official Information request to Accident Compensation Corporation
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for E Parks to read a recent response and update the status.
From: E Parks
Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,
Tēnā koutou,
I am requesting the following information under the Official Information Act 1982.
Scope
A copy of Megan Main’s (Chief Executive) Outlook calendar for every week in the current financial year to date, defined as 1 July 2025 to the date this request is processed.
Format requested
Weekly calendar view screenshots (Monday–Sunday per file) covering each week from 1 July 2025 to the present.
No need to provide appointment body/content or additional metadata beyond what appears onscreen in the weekly view.
PDF or image files are both acceptable.
Notes and handling
Please include items marked private/tentative (redact only what is necessary under the Act, e.g., s 9(2)(a)).
If the calendar is maintained by an EA or shared mailbox, please produce from that source.
If any weeks contain no entries, please supply a screenshot of that week’s view or a brief note confirming “no entries”.
Where redactions are applied, please leave the remaining visible portions of the screenshots intact.
If practicable, I’m happy to receive the weeks as a staged release (e.g., July–August first, then September–to-date).
If any part of this request is unclear, please contact me before considering an extension. Though should be an easy request
I look forward to your response within the statutory timeframe.
Ngā mihi,
Yours faithfully,
E Parks
