Thank you for your request of 25 October 2025, asking for the following information under the Official 
Information Act 1982 (the Act): 
 
A copy of Megan Main’s (Chief Executive) Outlook calendar for every week in the current 
financial year to date, defined as 1 July 2025 to the date this request is processed. 
 
Weekly calendar view screenshots (Monday–Sunday per file) covering each week from 1 July 
2025 to the present. 
 
Our response 
Please find attached the screenshots of Megan Main’s outlook calendar for each week between 
1 July 2025 and 25 October 2025 when the screenshots were taken. As there were no weekend 
calendar appointments during the period requested, screenshots are from Monday to Friday only. 
 
Some information has been withheld to protect people’s privacy. This decision has been made under 
section 9(2)(a) of the Act. In doing so, we have considered the public interest in making the information 
available and determined that it does not outweigh the need to protect the privacy of individuals. 
 
Names of individuals and their contact details have been deemed out of scope of your request and 
removed from the screenshots provided.
