I am requesting the following information under the Official Information Act 1982.
Scope
A copy of Michael Frampton’s (Deputy Chief Executive – Service Delivery) Outlook calendar for the month of July 2025, provided as:
Weekly calendar screenshots (calendar view covering Monday–Sunday each week), with no requirement to provide the body/content of appointments or metadata beyond what appears onscreen in the weekly view.
If any redactions are necessary (e.g., personal information under s 9(2)(a)), please apply targeted redactions only to the relevant portions of the screenshot, leaving the remainder visible.
Format
• Screenshots or exported images/PDFs of each weekly view (4–5 files total) are sufficient.
If clarification would assist efficient processing, please contact me prior to any extension or transfer. I look forward to your response within the statutory timeframe.
A couple of screenshots should be easy to pull together.
