I am writing to request the results of the recent triennial school board
election. Specifically, I would like to know the names of the elected
candidates, the number of valid votes cast for each candidate, and the
number of invalid votes cast.

Schools are required give written notice to the Secretary for Education
of election results, therefore the Ministry of Education may also hold
this information.

I noticed that many nearby schools proactively release such results on
their social media platforms. Additionally, I observed that you recently
posted the results of the student and staff election on Facebook.
However, this post did not comply with Section (26)(5) of the Education
(Board Elections) Regulations 2022, which requires the inclusion of "the
number of valid votes cast for each candidate" and "the number of
invalid votes cast."
