Dear Naenae College,
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to request access to certain information under the provisions of the Official Information Act 1982 (OIA).
Specifically, I am seeking copies of the minutes for the last twelve (12) school board meetings held at Naenae College. This information is of public interest and I believe it will contribute to a better understanding of the governance and decision-making processes within the school.
I kindly request that the information be provided in electronic format, if possible. If not, hard copies will suffice.
I understand that, under the Official Information Act 1982, you are required to respond to my request as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than 20 working days from the date of receipt.
If any part of my request is to be declined, I request that you provide reasons for the refusal as stipulated by the Act.
