Dear Porirua City Council,

Thank you for your recent OIA reply- election in the Onepoto Ward.

I am writing to request information under the Local Government Official
Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA) in relation to Yan Zhang’s
candidacy.

Specifically, I would like to request access to the following:

Nomination documents submitted by Yan Zhang for the election.

Any conflict of interest disclosures she has provided to the council.

Any declaration of bankruptcy, if such a declaration was made or required.

Any name change certificate or supporting documentation, if applicable.

Any communications between Yan Zhang and the Council that relate to her
election, including emails or formal correspondence.

If any part of this request is likely to be refused under sections of the
LGOIMA, I request that you consider whether the information can be
provided with redactions, or in part, as per section 17 of the Act.
