Non attendance of call outs

Annette made this Official Information request to New Zealand Police

Response to this request is long overdue. By law New Zealand Police should have responded by now (details and exceptions). You can complain to the Ombudsman.

Thank you for your reply, in reading your response I believe it is possible to provide me with the information I am seeking.

Please provide the number of calls to the central phone line, in the Napier area, that were unattended and not closed.

I.e where the police failed to respond at all dispite the job still being open.
