Copy of record of visit
Diana Mill made this Official Information request to New Zealand Police
Response to this request is long overdue. By law New Zealand Police should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.
From: Diana Mill
Dear New Zealand Police,
Hi On 19/4/2012 I called into the Napier police station REF P 010517472.
I saw Constable McGill ph 8310700 120419/8139 I believe the time was 12.26.
The reason for the visit was I had had a very unpleasant phone call from somebody purporting to be a mediator from the employment dispute tribunal. When I rang back to complain about her attitude I was told no such person worked there. I was so upset about the call I tried to get hold of the phone records from my phone provider so I could find out who had made the call. They could not provide that information so I sought assistance from the police.
After that visit I was called and given the phone number.
I now need proof of the fact that I called into complain about this call along with the phone number from the abusive caller.
I am sorry to be wasting your valuable time on what seems a silly matter but I am being sued by an ex employee because
I fired her for being abusive towards me and swearing. In hindsight I should have simply called you then.
Yours faithfully,
Diana Mill
