YEC 7258072.1 Computer Interest Register Identifier: 352473 (noting the
registry status “Cancelled”) Plan reference: DP 370526 (also any related
SO plans, incl. SO 491571) Subsequent action: any records noting Gazette
2015-ln7013 vesting as road.

 

For the period 1 Jan 2006 – 31 Dec 2016 (and earlier/later if the file
clearly extends), please provide:

 

Landonline dealing record(s) and attachments for YEC 7258072.1, including
instrument images, approvals, requisitions, notes, event logs, and any
linkages to records of title and interests.

 

LINZ file notes (TRIM/Objective/eDOCS/Content Server), internal emails,
memoranda, briefings, decision records, and correspondence internal and
external (incl. with DoC and TCDC) concerning YEC 7258072.1 / DP 370526 /
CIR 352473.

 

Any cross-references using “473” (e.g., “CIR 352473”, “Interest 352473”)
in internal indices, lookups, or correspondence that touch the easement
corridor, its cancellation, or the road vesting.

 

Any records explaining why CIR 352473 is marked “Cancelled”, including the
legal basis and effective date, and any actions taken to remove or retain
residual memorials on connected titles.

 

Any s 243 RMA memorials or conditions appearing on related plans/dealings
