Thank you for your official information request received on 18 August 2025 for “All
documents held by Toitū Te Whenua LINZ relating to the Conservation Act easement over
the Harataunga/Kennedy Bay corridor”; document reference YEC 7258072.1.
Please find enclosed in Appendix A and Appendix B the information requested that Toitū
Te Whenua Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) has been able to identify.

publicly available and can be purchased via LINZ Land Record Search facility;
