response is below:

 2. Legal and Democracy Services 2023-2025 Projects/Priorities

We have decided to refuse your request under section 17(h) of the Local
Government Official Information and Meetings Act (LGOIMA) because we
believe it is frivolous or vexatious.   This decision was not made
lightly. Your request is deemed frivolous and vexatious as it lacks any
public value; the apparent aim of the request seems to be to cause
disruption, irritation, or distress to the Council and/or its staff.

If you are not satisfied with the Council’s response, you have the right
to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman. Information on how
