couldn't find the name or contact details for this Warrants

Could you please tell me the name of the Warrants Administrator
so I can contact them directly for more information.

We have decided to refuse your request under section 17(h) of the Local
Government Official Information and Meetings Act (LGOIMA) because we
believe it is frivolous or vexatious.   This decision was not made
