I read through your Appointment Register and on the first page it says:
THIS REGISTER IS NOT UP TO DATE. A NEW ISSUED WARRANTS REGISTER
IS IN PLACE AND LOCODELEGATIONS WILL REPLACE THE ACTS AND POWERS SECTION OF THIS REGISTER.
The Issued Warrants Register has up to date information on warrant status. Please contact the Legal and Democracy team OR the Warrants Administrator for information in this interim period - more information here:

I tried to access this link but it asks for a password that I don't have. Could you please send me a copy of this webpage (https:// tasmandc.sharepoint.com/sites/sfLegAndDem/SitePages/Warrants.aspx)

I couldn't find the name or contact details for this Warrants Administrator on your website or in the Appointment Register. Could you please tell me the name of the Warrants Administrator so I can contact them directly for more information. Thank you very much.

In that case I would kindly ask to get a copy (or screenshot) of the full webpage so that I can read through the entire page, same to what someone can read when having a password and going to the webpage https://tasmandc.sharepoint.com/sites/sf...

We have decided to refuse your request under section 17(h) of the Local
 Government Official Information and Meetings Act (LGOIMA) because we
 believe it is frivolous or vexatious.   This decision was not made
