In an answer to question 6 during Question Time today you stated that Treasury advice regarding a carbon emission reduction proposal for Paris included a recommendation to "do significantly less than the Government is taking to Paris".
Please provide a copy of that advice, including all related reports, memos, emails, file notes and other records.
I am a New Zealand citizen, resident in New Zealand.

The reply referred me to reports on Treasury website. My request asked for all relevant emails and other communications relevant to the issue, in addition to reports and briefing papers.

Treasury have demanded my email and residential address so they can communicate with me promptly and to confirm that I am eligible to receive the information. This is notwithstanding that I stated in my original request that I am a New Zealand citizen and resident in New Zealand. I have advised Treasury that they can communicate with me via the FYI site and that I expect them to now proceed to process the request.
