Today during Parliament's question time you asserted that a reduction in carbon emissions of 40% by 2030 would have too great an economic cost.
Please provide copies of the reports and assessments you are relying on in making that assertion.
It will be acceptable to me for you to provide web links to relevant reports and assessments if such links exist and are readily accessible.
I am a New Zealand citizen and reside in New Zealand.

Is the Prime Minister's office only releasing one page of the document and not the full document as its response to my Official Informaton Act request?

PM's office agreed to release information after discussion with the Ombudsman's office but have only sent one page from a multi-page document. Am asking if this was intentional or not.

I appealed this to the Ombudsman. Nothing happended between September and March, then my complaint got to the top of the Ombudsman's list. It helped that there is a new Ombudsman. Apparently the Prime Minister's office has now agreed to release some information. I wait in anticipation. Hope the Ombudsman doesn't give the PM's office my proivate email like it did to MFAT in relation to another info request I made via this site.
