On behalf of Gabriel Makhlouf, Secretary to the Treasury, I acknowledge receipt of

“In an answer to question 6 during Question Time today you stated that Treasury 
advice regarding a carbon emission 
reduction proposal for Paris included a recommendation to "do significant ly less 
than the Government is taking to 
Paris". 
Please provide a copy of that advice, including all related reports, memos, 
emails, file notes and other records.” 
 
Your request was received by the Treasury on 1 October 2015 and will be dealt with in 
accordance with the provisions of the Official Information Act. 
 
To confirm your eligibility to make a request under section 12 of the Official Information 
Act, please reply by return email giving your personal email and postal address.  This 
will also enable us to contact you promptly should clarification of your request be 
necessary.  
 
Treasury will use the information you provide to establish your eligibility or clarify your
