I am doing some research on the notorious David Cumin. One of his
companies, NZBN 9429047293540, shows on the Companies Register online
search, but two others, CUMIN CONSULTING LTD (NZBN 9429030844544) and
INTERJECT MEDICAL LIMITED (NZBN 9429031254564) do not. This while the
search returns results for (unrelated) 'removed' companies that were never
re-registered under the Companies Act 1993- which have been defunct for
decades.

1) Why are records suppressed for CUMIN CONSULTING LTD and INTERJECT
MEDICAL LIMITED?
2) How many other company records are suppressed on the same basis? Are
any of these active?

later than 31/07/2025, being 20 working days after the day your request
