I am looking into a web of companies, some of which were registered on the Financial Service Providers Register for a time under various different names, and some of which I believe to have been struck off said Register. Can you direct this to the appropriate parties to handle this?

Hi,
I noticed an interesting pattern in the deregistration of companies owned by a certain individual from the Financial Services Providers Register, where he seemed to have had a habit of getting deregistered and then changing the name of his companies and then coming back, and I'm working on an article about this. I am primarily interested in communications, internal and external, regarding the deregistration and registration of the companies initially named from the Financial Services Providers Register.
