What is Kainga ora's policy on allowing pets in their properties?

Dear Kāinga Ora–Homes and Communities,

Please provide me any internal policies or rules used to determine whether or not to allow a tenant to keep a pet within their property.
Specifically, what rules there are about certain animals not being suitable for certain property types ie apartments/multi unit complexes
