Dear Health and Disability Commissioner,
in line with the official information act 1982 please provide the following
1) an employment history chronology for the incumbent chief advisor and principal advisor process improvement from date of commencement of their employment until now setting out position titles, date of appoitnemnts, core functions of roles, whether the role was internally or externally advertised, how many people applied for each role and how many were interviewed and why the above incumbents were considered the best candidate on each occassion
2) details of whether other staff internally have been afforded the same progression opportunities as the chief advisor and principal advisor process improvement
3) annual financial breakdown of development and training opportunities provided to the chief advisor and principal advisor process improvement from commencencement of their employment until now
4) details of whether for any of their roles during their time at hdc have either the chief advisor or principal advisor process improvement been "shoulder tapped" for positions without due process and not in line with good faith recruitment practice
