Dear Auckland Council,

I am requesting a copy of Matuku Reserve Trusts application for permitted
activity PLUC 70024452 and ALL documentation , photographs, supplied by
Matuku Trust to get a permitted activity .
This was signed off and seen by Lauren Folwell (earthworks and stream
works monitoring officer)

I would also like a copy of application and ALL documentation, photos,
landowners consents, for application of certificate of compliance
CER70024867 from Matuku Trust .
