Furthermore, we understand that you may have been in direct contact with
staff from the council’s Planning and Resource Consents department
regarding these matters. If any of the information you requested has
already been provided to you through those channels, please let us know so
we can exclude it from our response.

 

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide the requested information today.
We are still collating and processing the materials. As such, Auckland
Council is extending the time limit for responding to your request under
section 14 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act
1987 (LGOIMA). We will provide our response by 28 July 2025. Please note
this is the maximum extension period, and we will endeavour to respond
sooner if possible.

 

The reason for this extension is:

                - The request is for a large quantity of information or
necessitates a search through a large quantity of information and meeting
the original time limit would unreasonably interfere with the operation of
Auckland Council.

 

Please note you have the right to request a review of this extension from
the Ombudsman.

Please provide GPS coordinates of the exact areas that were sprayed in the
wetland .
The flight path of the drone and when it was actively spraying ..
The wind recordings during active spraying?
How many litres of the product was used? .
