Dear Privacy and Official Information Team,
Request under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act 1987 (LGOIMA)
I am writing to request information regarding the localized funding and accountability metrics held by Auckland Council in relation to the Matuku Reserve Trust (also operating as Matuku Link, Charity Registration: CC53807).
Specifically, I request copies of the following documents spanning the last 10 years (2016 to the present date):
Grant Allocation Documentation: All records detailing the approval, terms, and exact dollar amounts for all regional, localized, or Local Board grants awarded to the Trust (including the Storm Recovery/Resilience grants and recent Regional Environmental/Volunteer Coordination grants).
Financial Accountability & Acquittal Records: Copies of all milestone progress reports, receipts, expenditure declarations, and accountability logs submitted to Auckland Council or its local boards by the Matuku Reserve Trust to satisfy their funding contract conditions.
Correspondence on Funding Declarations: Any recorded documentation or project audits demonstrating that all council-funded allocations match the declared operational outgoings of the trust.
