I am requesting, under the Official Information Act 1982, any information
held by Pharmac relating to any review, analysis, or consideration of
Pharmac's statutory objective. In particular, I am seeking:

memos, reports, presentations, or correspondence  relating to the scope,
interpretation, or potential review of Pharmac’s statutory objective.

 

*Any conclusions, summaries, or recommendations resulting from any such
review or advice.

 

I am making this request in the public interest, noting Pharmac’s role as
a Crown agent and the importance of clarity and transparency regarding its
