To be clear, there has been only one overseas provider contacted in the
year (approximate) since Dr Peter Walker retired?

Also, the extent of the communication with that provider is limited to the
single email sent inquiring and response?

If there are other providers contacted or being considered I again request

them.

Upon rereading your intial release, I noticed this sentence, contained in
Ailsa Jacobbsons email:
"I am currently assessing providers in USA and UK where we have sent
patients previously"

These assessments would have been covered by the scope of my original
request, and were not included in your release.  Please include these
(with redactions where necessary) when you respond to my latest request
for clarification or a complaint to the ombudsmen will be made.

Your requests has been received and allocated, The Ministry intends to
response to both requests in a single response.

As required under the Official Information Act 1982, the Ministry will

On the 24 September 2015 you complained to the Ombudsman about the
Ministry’s decision to withhold three emails between the Ministry and the
Taranaki District Health Board under section 9(2)(g)(i) of the Official
Information Act 1982. The Ombudsman has given his provisional opinion and
