From: A. D. Tait
Dear Maree Nevill,
In 2014 a member of the NZ based surgeon team who preformed sex reassignment surgery retired. This left New Zealand with no capability locally to perform the surgery. Since then referring specialists in the DHBs have been trying to source a provider of this surgery overseas.
My request is for information (including but not limited to correspondence with prospective providers, assessments of providers or correspondence with other DHBs or specialists) held by either the DHB or referring specialists within the Nelson Marlborough DHB.
Yours sincerely,
A. D. Tait

Dear Maree Nevill,
The reply received does not address my request. You have mixed up my request with the supporting request I linked that was made to the Ministry of Health. That request was linked as it has information from the MoH detailing that the decision on an overseas provider will be made by referring specialists in the DHBs.
To be extra clear, my request and the requested clarification is included below:
"My request is for information including but not limited to
correspondence with prospective providers, assessments of providers
or correspondence with other DHBs or specialists."
