Intergrated case managers, do they have back up staff when absent?

Dear Ministry of Social Development,
For clients that are Intergrated case managed, when case managers are sick or on leave,
What is the process? Is there a SOP written for this process?
Do they have someone allocated to take over clients with booked appointments?
Are clients with booked appointments advised a new appointment day?
Whose responsibility is it in the branch to ensure that because a case manager is away - there is a set policy in place to cover staff?
Yours faithfully,
Monica
