Dear Auckland Transport,

I am reaching out to request information regarding Auckland Transport's decision to redesign parts of the Karanga-a-Hape Station precinct integration project which were presented to the Waitematâ Local Board on April 8th 2025.

I request the following:

a) who the 'stakeholders' are that led to this change
b) what the SME in charge of walking said when consulted
c) meeting minutes from the meeting when these changes were locked in
d) reasoning from the PGC about making this change
e) any internal concerns raised about changing the project at this point in construction before a decision was made

While I acknowledge Auckland Transport have 20 days to produce this information, given this is a project under construction I would appreciate a prompt response if possible.
