Subject: Official Information request - Submissions on the proposed change
to dog access at Monte Cecilia Park 2025

 

Dear Auckland Council,

I am seeking:

- The total number of submissions on the proposed change to dog access at
Monte Cecilia Park as part of the dog access bylaw review 2024/25.
- The breakdown (i.e percentage) of submissions which supported versus
opposed the proposed change.
- A summary of safety incidents involving dogs at Monte Cecilia Park over
the last five years.
- A breakdown of how each member of the local board voted on dog access at
Monte Cecilia Park in each relevant business meeting during the review in
2015 and the review in 2019 (if relevant).

If possible I would appreciate some expedience on this request as the
business meeting I wish to submit on is later this month.
