Dear Accident Compensation Corporation,

In the news media recently concerning behaviour of Renata Blair, a
reference has been made to a work function of waiheke island.

Did ACC pay for this function? If so, how much did ACC pay for it.  How
many ACC staff attended?

If the full cost was not covered by ACC were attendees costs of attendance
reimbursed to them (ferry, flights, accommodation, etc).  If so, how much
did that cost.

Were partners paid for, if so how much did that cost.
