I am a New Zealand citizen currently located in New Zealand. Under the Official Information Act 1982, I request the following information:
1. Has ACC received a copy of the 2025 PWC ambulance remuneration review report commissioned by Hato Hone St John?
• If so, please provide a full copy of the report and the date on which it was received by ACC.
• If the report has not been received, please advise whether it is expected to be provided, and any information held relating to that expectation.
2. Please provide all communications held by ACC referring to this report, including but not limited to correspondence with:
• Hato Hone St John
• PwC
• Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora
as well as any internal ACC communications, meeting notes, or briefings that refer to the report or its intended distribution.

I would prefer to receive this information in electronic format. If any part of my request is likely to be refused, I ask that you consider whether it can be provided in part, or with appropriate redactions under the Act.
