Pseudo Driver Licences

Geoff. Waterhouse made this Official Information request to New Zealand Police

This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Geoff. Waterhouse to read a recent response and update the status.

From: Geoff. Waterhouse

Dear New Zealand Police,
I am writing to enquire about the enabling legislation that allows NZ Police to issue pseudo driver licences. What IS the enabling legislation that gives NZ Police the power/authority to issue pseudo driver licences? Does any enabling legislation actually exist that gives NZ Police the power/authority to issue pseudo driver licences? If there is NO enabling legislation, from where does NZ Police obtain the power/authority to issue pseudo driver licences?

Yours faithfully,

Geoff. Waterhouse

Dear Ministerial Services,
I understand that NZ Police drag their feet when presented with an OIA request the answer to which could open a can of worms or course them to have to provide information that could cause them problems. I know that NZ Police also tell lies to try to make their cases'

Yours sincerely,

Geoff. Waterhouse

Absolutely agree Geoff, lies. The concern is it isn't just the police that tell them. Seems to be a pattern of behaviour from agents and agencies. They are agencies and it is clearly written in legislative acts that govern how they undertake their fiduciary duties BUT they NEVER COMPLY.

Psuedo - fake = crime. Using fraudulent documents and activities for "pecuniary gain". Putting it simply.

Dear Ministerial Services,

I was supposed to receive the information requested by 30 Jan 2025. It is now 1 Feb 2025 and I have, as yet, received nothing. I see that you are dragging your feet again, as usual. You have until 5pm, Friday, 8 February 2025 to provide the information requested, your failure to do so will result in a formal complaint to the Ombudsman

Yours faithfully

Hi Geoff,

I have been following your requests. It appears they haven't applied for an extension either. They failed to provide the information I have requested. They could not provide warrants of authority for them to undertake fiduciary duties. Which means, they have no authority. Are the lawyers in on this too? Very concerning they are "not" interpreting legislation correctly? Is this the usual narrative? Shocking!

Keep it up Geoff. This is "public"

Dear Ministerial Services,
You people, based on the lies, malicious prosecutions, defamation, with holding of exculpatory evidence, humiliation, foot dragging, and the totally ignoring requests for disclosure, to name but a few things that I have experienced at the hands of NZ Police, wouldn't recognise a sincere apology if you fell over one.

I like that they are not answering these types of questions it is a waste of taxdollars to please you conspiracy folks

The suspended account. It's no conspiracy. They are actually doing things that legislation does not give authority too. He must've been a cop 😂😂 they have tendencies to be above their own rules. Look at Jevon McSkimming. He bullied my friend years ago followed her in the dark like a kehua. Gobsmacking what COPS DO!!!!

Response to account suspended 🤭🤣 tax doesn't pay their wages. Do some more homework good grief you certainly need to. They have been creating fake licence numbers. It's in writing from NZTA. Then they change story saying something different. 🤷🏽‍♀️ They ARE LYING!!! This is why they can't respond in a timely manner!!! Shame on you NZ Police! You don't have authority on the roads because you aren't WARRANTED AS TRANSPORT ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS!!! Another scam that people are under the illusion is TRUE!! SHOCKING!!!!

Shelly left an annotation ()

Civil servants who are ONLY supposed to serve and protect the people. Correct? INCORRECT! It's written in black and white in the policing Act, YOUR OATH IS TO THE QUEEN (NOW KING 🙄🤦🏽‍♀️) Biggest fraudsters out are CROWN AGENTS! It isn't your DUTY to GENERATE REVENUE!!

Dear Ministerial Services,
I am STILL waiting for an answer to my OIA request. It is normal for you people to drag your feet when asked something that might expose you. You have until Friday 21 March 2025 to provide the requested information and if you fail to do so, I will file a complaint with the Ombudsman Office. I may also file a complaint with the IPCA (Inevitable Police Coverup Agency) which will do nothing but at least they will have been made aware of your latest shenanigans. I would also mention that the information is requires in connection with a court case. I can understand your foot dragging because the information is required as evidence AGAINST the Police which is another reason for your foot dragging.

Yours sincerely,

Geoff. Waterhouse
