Who holds the Ministry of Justice Accountable

Geoff. Waterhouse made this Official Information request to Ministry of Justice

This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Geoff. Waterhouse to read recent responses and update the status.

From: Geoff. Waterhouse

Dear Ministry of Justice,
I am writing to enquire who holds the Ministry of (IN)Justice responsible for its actions. I have received(1) a Notice Of Court Fine which stated "offence" when I have not been convicted so how can I have committed an offence (2)I received an Attachment notice for $20.00 per week from my NZ Pension (3)WINZ started to deduct $20.00 per week from my NZ Pension, I took issue with them and they stopped doing it after deducting $80.00 (4)I imagine they informed the Ministry of (IN) Justice who then started to send me anonymous letters threatening to send either bailiffs or cops to take away my driver licence (5) I have sent several OIAs direct to Ministry of Injustice which they have ignored (6)How can I be fined if I have not been convicted? (7) They have breached my rights under Section 25 of BORA by depriving me of due process (8) They have refused to provide documentation, supposedly provided by a Kaikohe District Court Judge in respect of my Section 78B filing, which is preventing my filing an appeal in The High Court in Whangarei There is a whole lot more injustice committed by the Department of (IN)justice but this will do for starters

Yours faithfully,

Geoff. Waterhouse

Further to the below, the Ministry is processing another piece of
correspondence that we believe may have also been sent by you,  on Friday
13 September, to the [1][email address] email.

We believe this may be the case due to the name provided and similar topic
of the email to this request.

However, due to the different email addresses used, could you please
confirm whether this is indeed the case?

If our assumption is correct, due to the personal nature of the issues
raised, and to appropriately address these, could you please provide a
copy of your photo identification? This can be a drivers license,
passport, or NZ 18+ card. If it has recently expired, this is not an
issue, we only seek to protect your confidentiality.
