Thank you for your Official Information Act request to the Department of
Conservation, dated 02 December 2024 in which you asked for:

 

‘A copy of all emails sent and received between DOC and Pure Turoa
Managers or Directors for three months September to November 2024.’

 

We are seeking clarification/refinement due to the potential for there to
be a large amount of information in scope of your request which may not be
relevant to matters on which you have raised concern. DOC communicates
regularly with concessionaires on a variety of topics. Please specify
topics of interest to you so that we are able to target our response and
ensure it provides the information you are looking for. If there is a
significant amount of information and clarification is not provided then
aspects of your request may be refused via section 18(f) of the Official
Information Act due to substantial collation.

 

Please note, any clarification or amendment of a request may be considered
a new request for the purpose of calculating the maximum statutory
timeframe for a response (if clarification was sought within seven days of
