Turoa Sightseeing Operations Outside Concession Dates

Dear Department of Conservation,
I am writing to request information under the Official Information Act 1982.
I understand that the concession for the operation of the Turoa ski area permits activity between 1 June and 30 November. However, Turoa is currently advertising sightseeing lift operations outside of these dates (May 2025).
Accordingly, I request the following:
1. Any document, permit, or authorisation issued by the Department of Conservation that allows Turoa to operate sightseeing lifts at Turoa outside the 1 June to 30 November concession period.
2. Any correspondence (emails, letters, meeting notes, or internal memos) held by the Department of Conservation that relate to the 2025 Turoa season dates, including any discussions or decisions about proposed or approved sightseeing operations outside the usual concession dates.
If any part of this request is likely to be refused under any sections of the Act, I request that you consider releasing the remainder of the information wherever possible.
Please let me know if you require any clarification that would assist in processing this request.
