Dear Department of Conservation,
Pure Turoa Limited is seeking new concessions and concession changes to the 2024 concession. I have the following questions:
1 What applications for concessions, or variations to the 2024 concession, have been applied for in the prior 6 months by Pure Turoa Limited and why?
2 If these concession applications are not approved, will Pure Turoa Limited be permitted to operate in 2025 winter season? Have any been approved?
3 Has the Department received any advice about the solvency or insolvency of Pure Turoa Limited?
