Thank you for your email dated 14 November 2024, regarding her worship the
Mayor between 1 July 2024 and 30 September 2024. You request is being
considered under the Local Government Official Information and Meetings
Act 1987 (LGOIMA).
This email is to seek clarification on your request.  As currently worded,
your request would require the collation and assessment of a considerable
number of documents from the Council’s systems. To enable us to provide
you with a timely response, and in accordance with our obligations under
section 17B of the LGOIMA, we wish to clarify if there is anything
particular you require. 
If so, the Council recommends refining your request to be for a narrower
scope of information if possible. Should the request not be refined, it is
likely that the request will be refused pursuant to section 17(f) of the
LGOIMA, as the information requested cannot be made available without
substantial collection or research. 
 
Refinements can include a further refinement to the time period,
correspondence between an individual or team, specific memos or reports,
documents related to specific topic of interest etc. 
To enable us to meet our obligations under the LGOIMA, we would be
grateful for your response as soon as possible, but by no later than end
of day on 21 November 2024.

refinement.
