Dear BUS: Official Information,

Thanks - the total costs equate to in excess of half a million dollars. This equates to circa 50 residential ratepayers all of their rates for the whole year to not obtain anything physical but to get some designs whereby the consultants costs are likely to double and even triple by the time you get even close to something physical.

I note the landscape / urban design costs are well over 100,000.

As a follow up can you please provide

- Procurement processes / rules to engage consultants for this cost
- Procurement process that was gone through
- Companies engaged
- Terms of Services for engagement - hourly? Hourly rates? Fixed fee? Total costs estimated?

Or is there just a never ending tap of fees for consultants and WCC just pick up the tab each week?

Ideally could you also provide the “itemised” invoices to date that these consultants have submitted and charged.

You guys really do spend other peoples money with reckless abandonment and then extort the ratepayer for more whilst there is no accountability on waste fraud and abuse. Criminal
