Amount awarded
Political affiliation of recipient (if available)
Purpose of the grant or funding
Date of application and decision
Details of the WCC personnel/team that approved the grant or funding, including:
Name(s) of the approving officer(s)
Title(s) of the approving officer(s)
Any relevant notes or comments from the approving officer(s)

I would prefer the information to be provided in electronic format (e.g., CSV or Excel file) if possible. If this is not feasible, I request that the information be provided in a clear and legible hard copy format.
