We have transferred your request for information on Target 8 to the
 Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as the information to
 which your request relates is not held by the Ministry but is believed to
 be held by HUD. In these circumstances, we are required by section 14 of
 the OIA to transfer your request (please note the Ministry will respond to
 your request for data behind Target 5).
 
Please note that according to sections 14 and 15(1) of the Official
 Information Act, the 20-working day response period is reset by the
 transfer and starts again on the day [agency] receives the transfer

I am writing to follow up on our response to your request for official
 information, ref OIAD-1277. We have recently become aware of an error in
 our response to you.
 
In our response letter, we stated the following:
The Unit can confirm the Target 9 chart you have requested information on
 uses data combining gross emissions from the Greenhouse Gas Inventory and
 forestry removals from the Emissions in New Zealand Model (ENZ) second
 Emissions Reduction Plan (ERP2) baseline to calculate net emissions for
 2019 to 2022. From 2023 onwards, net emissions are based on ENZ ERP2
 interim projections. These projections are available from the ERP2
 discussion document technical annex.
 
The response letter should have stated the following:
The Unit can confirm the Target 9 chart you have requested information on
 uses data combining gross emissions from the Greenhouse Gas Inventory and
