Dear Bay of Islands College,

I would like to request the following information under the Official Information Act 1982:
I would prefer to receive an electronic response. Queries about this request will be automatically forwarded to me by the fyi.org.nz website.
With regards to s12 of the OIA, I am an NZ citizen, and in NZ.

1. Please confirm Bay of Islands CCTV is compliant with ALL guidelines set by the Privacy Commissioner from 1/1/22 to 12/9/23

2. Are all Bay of Islands College Policies independently checked by a Legal team and regularly audited to ensure they follow NZ Law, Human Rights and the NZ Bill of rights, Mana Mokopuna and the Childrens Convention.
