Please find responses to your request as follows.
1. Does NZ Post have an email archive that can go back to 2006?
Yes, but only for certain business records we are obliged to keep under
the PRA.
2. Does NZ Post have an archive of physical letters that go back to 2006?
Yes, but only for certain business records we are obliged to keep under
the PRA. We do not keep customers physical letters back to 2006.
3. Does NZ Post have an archive of facsimiles that go back to 2006?
No, we were not receiving facsimiles as business records from 2006.
4. What other information systems which could possibly hold data from
around 2006 does NZ Post have access to?
Yes, but only for certain business records we are obliged to keep under
the PRA.
